[Coco] cp/m emulator Disk

[Luis Antoniosi (CoCoDemus)]

when cpm is running I get 2 shells and 1 cpm
after cpm finishes, the new window shell remains until i type ex
then only 1 shell remains.

that's exactly what I wanted.
