Both Kenton and LR Tech (Owl-Ware) were scsi hard drive systems and were regularly advertised in Rainbow.

Both the Radio Shack hard drive "adapter" and the Disto hard drive 
interfaces
were basically SASI pin outs.  I have plugged SCSI drives into 
the Disto 3-in-1
and accessed them although there was the 256/512 granule 
issue.
