Both Kenton and LR Tech (Owl-Ware) were scsi hard drive systems and were regularly advertised in Rainbow.

Both the Radio Shack hard drive "adapter" and the Disto hard drive
interfaces
were basically SASI pin outs. I have plugged SCSI drives into
the Disto 3-in-1
and accessed them although there was the 256/512 granule
issue.
