I'll probably tap the signal directly
Then the second solution if the first one is not good on my monitor

Any references to board replacing the rf modulator ?

I don’t know if it qualifies as easy, but I put together a board (replacing
the RF modulator) that gives pretty decent composite output.

Should work on anything with a MC6847 if you can get the signals to it.

Still looking for ways to improve it, so any suggestions are welcome.
