[Coco] 6847 FPGA

I don't get the "video RAM at $8000-$9FFF" Does that mean it has internal video
RAM and how would the user access it? How would it map into the DRAM of the
CoCo? If it is as it claims then I would assume it would map the same way but
the on-board video RAM confuses me a little.
