[Coco] New software: Color Verbiste

I've spent 25 years just trying to get my CoCo 2 to understand English...now
it can do French?   I don't know what to say about that.

I know nothing about the French language, and thus have no comments on the
software itself.  But I can only applaud something so deliciously retro as
this!
