[Coco] Printing from DW

Juan's HDBDOS version only works with a Coco 2 or Coco 3 in Coco 2 mode (IIRC). It is a 16k rom which over-writes the Super Extended Color BASIC rom in a Coco 3. The original HDBDOS rom is 8k and resides below the SECB rom.

I run Darren's SDC-DOS which supports SD "floppy drives" and drivewire.

Maybe this is a good update addition for the next SDC-DOS?

Juan should contact Darren to see if he is receptive to this mod.
