[Coco] CoCoSDC file transfers

Just put the disk images directly on the SD card with Explorer. VCC or any
other emulator is not used to accomplish this for the CoCoSDC. You can copy
them with Drivewire to the CoCoSDC if you want, but it takes longer.

I used a laptop and plugged the SD card into it and dragged a bunch of
images to the card.
