[Coco] CocoSDC

This looks great... since there is so many and so many who are willing to
assist with manufacture, with Darren's okay, would it be a thought to
advertise on other sites?

Although Darren's CocoSDC is great on its own (I do have one)... since so
many units are being requested, would it be a thought to try and include an
onboard SSC and/or Orch90?  I'd not expect it would greatly affect the cost
and would make it just a little "greater" :) and may broaden the appeal.  I
would certainly get one if that were the case.  Even just some header pins
that could facilitate a possible, future, daughter board would be nice..
