[Coco] Coco SDC troubleshooting: no ROM found

I would still wipe down the plcc contacts with iso, especially the flash socket,
it doesn’t take much to interfere with it.  After defluxing, there can be a
thin film you can’t even see.

I’ve had to do this many times even after an iso bath with no visible
residue - same symptoms.
