[Coco] NitrOS9 partitions

Well, I tried it, and....
... it works!!! WOOHOO
I extended the boot file which came with the CocoSDC from ~4.5MiB to
128MiB; created a descriptor which had the offset set and the correct
number of cyls; formatted it (keeping fingers crossed) and now I have
two partitions in one file.
