[Coco] 1 or 2 meg upgrade

Paul Barton designd and built up to (I think) a 32 meg unit (2, 8, 16, 32), he was selling his 8-meg boards, then turned it all over to John Turner right before his disappeared.
Robert Gault has one of the 8-meg units I believe.

But nowadays SRAMs like Triad does not need refresh :)
