[Coco] create blank vhd file

Hi Bob!
I just take one of Bill Pierce's vhd files and reformat it.  This has worked just fine for me.  I too would like to properly create big files for my CocoSDC without having to repurpose another file.  If someone has figured this out, please let me know.  Thanks a bunch.  I hope this helps you.
Darren, how do you create DSK files bigger than 158KB?  Thanks in advance.  Take care my friends.

Can someone point me to the instructions?

I want to create a VHD of 128MiB, which should, if memory serves, have
$7FF80 256-byte sectors under NitrOS9.
