[Coco] ANN: DWLOAD-Server v0.4.0

I release v0.4.0 yet.

Now the idea of a dynamic menu is implemented and works for me.

It is a generic mechanism to generate DLOAD responses via Python.
Currently there is one script, that use this API to create a dynamic 
AUTOLOAD.DWL witch will be requested by DLOAD statement.
