[Coco] OS-9 -> NitrOS-9 Documentation Project Idea

Hi OS-9 & NitrOS-9 Enthusiasts!

I have been thinking about the OS-9 -> NitrOS-9 documentation for a long
time now.  The last time I looked at the docs many commands had no
explanation at all.  I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this.  Is
anyone heading this part of the NitrOS-9 Project up?  Thank you in advance
for any information leading to a more complete documentation effort for OS-9
-> NitrOS-9.  Take care my friends
