[Coco] MShell Update - Even Newer Version

Hi Bill I just downloaded your latest and started to play with the PC file panes, and everything seems to work fine. I can even get to my airport time capsule drive which is network mapped on DW server. My setup is VCC1.43 on a Mac, DriveWire on a Win Vista quad core (remotely accessible from internet). I’ve tried both on local network and also remotely from internet. I did notice though a filename on the PC with a space in it, MShell says it is copying but doesn’t actually place the file on the Coco. Other files work ok.

Robert Gault had informed me of a problem when using MShell on a different drive other than "/dd" and I fixed that one, but may have one or two more similar instances. If you don't have "/dd" as your default drive and MShell fails, let me know and I'll fix it.
