The main utility needed should be part of the HDBDOS package; LINK.BAS . It does not seem to be in Toolshed but ought be available from the Cloud-9 site.
You must have LINK.BAS to tell NitrOS-9 which Basic "drive" on the .vhd hard drive is the OS-9 boot disk.
