[Coco] Coco font

I just got word from Tom Seagrove that the "R" and the "S" on my Coco font
were wrong, and I have been trying to edit them. Finally ended up
re-building the entire thing, but cannot find a program that will convert a
.fnt file into a .ttf file.

Any ideas? I'm using Sib Font Creator, and it won't save to a .ttf file.
