[Coco] Ownership of NitOS-9

I've been actually using, not just booting, Nitros9 for a couple of
days now and I agree with a lot Nick is saying:
1. 80 column nuclear green screen sucks. start with the LCD: 40 or
even 32 column mode, would be nice on boot-up.
2. It would be nice to have an installer. I think Bill Pierce had
something cooking on that subject.
3. It would be nice to have a OS9Boot maker.
NICK: Louis's "minted" editor is a nice screen editor, that now comes
stock with Nitros9. It the first command I type after a new
installation (to edit the hideous 80 column nuclear screen away)
