[Coco] Colorcomputerarchive harmful behavior

This robs the official project of the opportunity to communicate with their
users. Why put effort into creating project web sites with documentation,
guidance, notices for users, etc if they might never see any of it?

If backup is the goal, backup the entire project web site and present the
work of the project creators as it was intended.

listed separately with a link to the main site first, then the most current
files Guillame has next. I haven't looked at the site recently so I don't
know if this is possible, but active projects on a separate page with links
then files (and a note that the link should be checked for the most up to
date versions) should be easy enough.
