[Coco] OT: Outdated Browsers and Mailman Archive

Thanks for your feedback - I just tried it out with the latest IE11 and
latest FF29 on W8.1 and it works. That means it's just an issue of the IE8
respectively my outdated Windows Phone IE becaue it can't interpret CSS2.1
correctly. Not sure what made the Mailman guys change the Archive settings,
but I wouldn't any longer insist to go back to the old settings just to
support outdated browsers.
