[Coco] The Beta Test release of MShell

Ok, I have had a total misunderstanding of DW4,  I thought it was setup for a real Coco attached to a PC via Bitbanger/RS232 for disk changing on fly.  I have never tried adding DW under Mess.  I have been using rb1773 and Emudsk since start of my emulator days.
