My problem?
I didn't state I had a problem. I was just questioning the same thing several others were. William's answer came between the time I hit send and before my mail even hit the the list. Thanks William :-)
I don't use drives anymore so it wouldn't affect me anyway (as I stated).

That is your problem. Go to the hardware schematics.
I agree with William's conclusion.
Don't get caught up in the name of the interface. The end result will be just
fine.
