I got one as well, but I had just the other day, because of my email problems, set my options in maltedmedia profile to send notification of received mail so I would know that what I sent was getting through since AOL isn't letting my echoed mail through. Those "notifications" are labeled "Coco - Bounce"
Then I received the notice earlier today that because of too many bounces, I had been banned.
So you may want to check your profile to see if you have this set.
