Thanks Mark. Unfortunately I need a bit more real estate, to fit a CPLD and 
some SRAM as well as EPROM/FLASH. I'm considering a generic but programmable 
design that allows partitioning of RAM/ROM via banks of somewhat 
programmable sizes.
