[Coco] Coco-3 to the GBS-8220 upscaler interfacing

At the moment I have no way to display a 40 character screen, only 32 and 80.
It was very difficult (at least for me), to take these photos of the LCD screen.
They were taken with a 10 year old camera, on a cheap Acer X233H 23" monitor. 
The characters look thicker on the photos, then on the screen. 
I haven?t fiddled with the adjustments, I'm happy with the display as it is.
