[Coco] CoCoXT and RGBDOS/HDBDOS

There is source code for a cocoxt driver in the NitrOS-9 3rdparty\drivers\burke
section of the repository. Included is wx2.equ, a text file listing all of the 
codes and I/O locations for the Burke hardware.
It might not be too difficult to take that information and combine it with the 
HDBDOS source code in the Toolshed repository. hdbdos.asm contains a series of 
DEF sections which permits selecting a variety of adapters. Addition of a CoCoXT 
set of DEFs might enable a version of HDBDOS for the Burke hardware.
