[Coco] Xroar + Windows 8 = zero

The menus/GUI are recent developments and I think a bit quirky regardless
of windows version.

I use xroar on win 8.1 without any trouble, but i have always used the
standard config files and command line options.   Those work fine, probably
not as convenient but a work around.

You definitely could set up a mingw development environment on win 8.  I
use one to build lwtools and nitros9 here.  I'm not sure if it would
produce different results though.
