[Coco] a not very important drivewire question

The protocol doesn't define anything special about drive 255, and the dw4
software doesn't mind it.  It must be something specific to HDBDOS.  I am
not sure if its intentional.  There is a lot of history behind HDBDOS and
255 might have meant something in another flavor.
