[Coco] Copy a file from a DW4 virtual disk to a windows directory

I've had no problems with it and it's easy and clean to use.
But I thought the author was goinbg to rewrite and redevelop a new
version but haven't heard anything else.
Unil my wish that drivewire includes such a filemanager built-in, this
has been a good work around for me.
