[Coco] more 1 bit madness

Hey Guys !
well now todays 8 bit experiment on th 0.89Mhz coco II has cooked a 1 bit 1
channel player that is almost certainly capable of running the note player
in 1..2 Hsync periods..... the sequencer runs off of VSYNC (actually only
every 5th frame) so it's a 1/10th second....

the whole thing including sound and setup is 62 lines of code and fits into
less than 1 page (256 bytes of ram).....

i'm working on boiling more meat off it's bones so that it doesn't have to
look up frequencies from a pattern, but just plays precalculated
frequencies....
