[Coco] nitros9 floppy to/from .dsk image

OS9 has raw devices, some sort of them at leasr, in the form of @dd or @x0
etc.  I've never seen them used but a b09 or asm program to copy sectors
from one to the other would be very straightforward.  Makes me suspicious
that there isn't such a tool already floating around (unless there is and
i've missed that too).  Maybe the @x descriptors don't do what I
think/thought they do.  Anybody know?
