Don't blame Amazon for other people's stupidity.  The book is from a
Company called "Digital Frontier CA".  You do realize that Amazon is
a storefront, right.  Accusing them is like complaining about your
local Mall because Sear's prices were too high.

There are much worse you have to watch for.  I once ordered a book
on Pascal (a very specific book).  Company took the order, charged
my credit card but the book never shipped.  I waited more than a
month.  I then contacted the seller (some out-of-a-garage operation
in Tennessee) and was told "well, the book is out of print, but if
we happen to get one in we will send it to you."  I told them to
cancel the order and return my money.  They refused.  I contacted
their local Better Business Bureau.  They ignored me.  I had to go
thru my credit card to get the money back.  I am much more careful
about who I buy from and seldom buy any book that is not being
"fulfilled" by Amazon themselves.
