Check out trxlogin and trxmon. They are substitues for login and
tsmon. They use encrypted passwords.
I believe I got them from the old microware archive.
Let me know if you have trouble finding them, and I will see if I can
hunt it all done.
I haven't messed with the dw headless image, or logging in with dw. But
I used trxlogin in my startup file, and trxmon to listen to my rs232
pack for logins. Also had it working to log in over the network from
other clients. Don't know if you have heard of sculptor, but I used it
running on my coco and accessing it from remote terminals all the time.
It could be set up for different terminal types etc. And used a text
base menu system. Also scred could be run remotely etc using the
termset entry for the remote client.
