I just got a note that the book is "back in stock" (should read: "finally 
in stock") @ thebookdepository.co.uk . Hopefully I'll get a note soon too 
that my pre-ordered copies have been dispatched - I'd expect them to arrive 
then within a week (to Germany, usually shipped from Switzerland).
