Yes. That's the only freely available 6809 core that I'm aware of.

I don't use Drivewire so I'll let someone else more qualified answer this.

Gary seems to have gone very quiet since the Kickstarter project. I'm not
sure what other projects he has on the boil, but I do know he also has an
Apple II implementation as well. Whether he's currently maintaining that or
not, I have no idea.
