My gaming desktop is running Win7 for obvious reasons. It dual-boot Linux
to play with the growing number of Linux games on steam.
BTW, the software that I could not live without is Konqueror. It is the
universal file browser. You can browse local files, smb shares, ftp, sftp,
SSH, etc.
You can copy files from a server to another regardless of the protocols.
