Sort of on-topic (because it's always nice to see what others are doing
along similar lines), but here's a Kickstarter project for a classic-like
computer designed to run BASIC and be easy to interface with:

A pre-assembled unit is $119 shipped. Just something to throw into the
discussion. Its goal is quite modest, so I think it should easily make it
given the time remaining.
