The free (WEB) edition doesn't support some of the higher-end devices, but
the EP2C20 on the DE-1 doesn't even come near that category, so you'll
have no issues developing for that! The paid edition also provides access
to some IP (not likely to be needed) and supports incremental compilation
(again, not likely needed on a modern machine targeting the EP2C20).
