[Coco] Use of "CoCoCoding"

I use the domain as a sort of catch all for  coco projects, some are my own
and others just needed a place to live.  I claim no special rights on the
phrase though, feel free to use it any way you'd like as far as I'm
concerned.  If you need a place to put coco stuff or would like a
cococoding.com URL pointing to your own site somewhere else, just ask and
we can make something work.
