Hi Richard,

The Disto Super-Controller 2 is a no-halt controller, but the Mini 
controller is not.

Other than that, the main difference is size. The SC-II is a long 
aluminium cased controller, and the mini has a plastic case.

The SC-II has a MEB bus (Mini Expansion Bus).
