[Coco] Color Basic 1.0 manual was "PEEK for detecting CoCo arrow keys, etc.?"

There are two versions of the Color Basic manual, too… the first version didn’t have the “Advanced graphics” section (which also covered some rudimentary machine language stuff) because it wasn’t ready at the time of the original Coco’s release. The second, thicker version had the missing sections added in.
