[Coco] More poor news for Radio Shack

I agree, with  Louis on this, the main problem though is that the Board of
Directors for RadioShack, have never set foot on the sales floor, and have
no clue about the business or what it's customer's want, they only worry
about what the stock holders want the company to be, and that equels a FAIL
in the long term for the company. The other major problem is that
RadioShack management is hired from outside for the most part, so
management knows even less about the products than the sales associates,
which is why the sales associates are not trained with the product
knowledge they should have. I know I was a RadioShack employee for fifteen
years and hiring store manager for five of those years. during the time I
was a store manager on several occasions I had to teach my boss about
products that were in the store, that he was supposed to teach me about.
