[Coco] eBay's New Policy

I have been on Ebay almost since they begun, got annoyed by a seller who
would not ship a Model 200 - had to use Ebay's customer service contact to
resolve the matter which it did fortunately. There are far more vendors and
buyers these days on the system and with it comes the possibility of
scammers on both sides of the table.

I buy a LOT of vintage computing stuff, books, software and hardware for
the CoCo, C64, Atari, Apple... have had no problem whatsoever, comes down
to running the numbers and being careful with the auctions --> always check
the feedback on sellers specially, read the reviews, ASK questions while
the auction is on. There are no guarantees even if you do that, but doing
the homework before plunking down the cash will reduce the chances of
getting burned.
