[Coco] mess HD problem

Hi Bill,
It's not a dumb question, but I did check that, and the drv= parameter 
is correct. However....
There's a parameter hps. On the /DD descriptor, hpa=FFE0, but on the /H0 
and /H1 descriptors, the setting is hpa=FF80.

What is hpa used for? is it the port address?
