[Coco] DroidWire, cocofest Edition

I own only one and it is of somewhat sketchy origins. eBay Chinese style.
I can't really be sure DroidWire will work with anything else but in theory
all Bluetooth serial adapters use the same service profile and so *should*
work.   The line characteristics must match your coco/bitbanger and are set
outside of DroidWire, it isn't something an application can configure like
it would with a standard serial port.
The one I have uses dip switches on the adapter to set things.
