[Coco] odd behaviour in CPM

Hi Luis,

If I start up your CPM emulator in VCC, and type "files"to get a 
directory listing, all the files are listed as expected, however, any 
file that is 8 characters in length, does not have its extension displayed.

A bug maybe? I'm sure the *real* CPM doesn't do this :)

Will you be working towards enabling your emulator to show a prompt ( A> 
) to allow access to the CPM built-in utilities?
