[Coco] Drive controller problem

Not both lights, just drive 0. And the cable was not upside down. The
controller has a notch in it to prevent that.

The drive light coming on as soon as you plug in the cable is typically due
to the cable being upside down.  When you were switching ROMs, did you
disconnect the cable?
