[Coco] New cp/m emulator version

You can emulate the SuperCalc and dBaseII. For dbase2 call this way:

/x0/cpm -k dbase.com

That's because it uses Kaypro-4 esc-codes. They are different from
vt-52. I couldn't find a vt-52 dbase-II version.

BTW: You can use this new version with the previous mbase and
wordstar. It has several fixes.
