[Coco] OS-9 80-column driver is ready

Go to The Full Turn of the Screw page 131. There is a very close circuit
using the same crt9128 chip by Tony Distefano. His circuit though uses the
FF54-FF55 which is not good for a MultiPak specially under OS-9.
My board uses FF78-FF79 and is fine either with the MPI (in fact I'm using
it on a MPI) and the GIME chip.
