4.3.3p is available via Tools, Check for new version.  It should
(might?) make things work correctly for 56.7k -> 115.2k

No need to update if you're already on 4.3.3o and are not trying a
coco2/dragon in turbo mode.  UI will still show 4.3.3o but a 'dw se
st' command will show that the server version is 4.3.3p (only changes
are in server).
